Absolutely five stars for Bio-One! They did an amazing job from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly, efficient, and caring, making a tough situation so much easier to handle. They were not only helpful and honest, but also incredibly professional in everything they did. What stood out most was their genuine willingness to help and their strong focus on safety and care throughout the entire process. Mike and the Crew are the most motivated, caring, considerate group of people I have met in a very long time. They restored my belief that people when given the chance will choose to do good. My son and I were struggling in our home the over the years had become a cluttered up hoarders nest. We also were going through a very dramatic change of wife of 30 years died very unexpectedly just a month after our 25th wedding anniversary. She had been pretty sick for a couple of months. The doctor she saw in the afternoon 11 hours before I found her unresponsive on the porch seemed to believe she was on the mend. I was put in touch with Mike by a state agency. We met and he, made it his mission to give my son and I a clean slate to rebuild our live after our loss. That he and crew did with incredible speed and care. The dumpster was filled to the brim in 6 hours. Not everything we would liked to see happen happened because of the short time frame available. I am so happy. I can walk from one end of the house to the other with the lights off at night just by ambient light coming through the windows without fear of tripping and falling. I can clearly see and access the things that need to be repaired. My son is now helping keep the space clean because he's not overwhelmed by the enormous mess that was once our house. Thank you Mike and the crew, for giving us a clean and manageable house and a new outlook on life. Without their help I'd still be putting a few extra trash bags curbside each week never really making headway. Mike is a creative man and his positive outlook is infectious. Highly recommend - Prompt, knowledgable, kind and with integrity! Mike at Bio-One came out the same day that I called with a concern about mice droppings in our attic. We have had an exterminator service on hire the past couple years to prevent mice that seem to like our garage and we were quoted upwards of $10k by them to clean out droppings in our attic. I called Bio-One for a second opinion on the clean up. Mike did a thorough evaluation (and climbed into our tiny attic opening!) and provided reassurance that it was not a major issue (barely anything there) and did not require professional management. He was so personable, knowledgable and kind and saved us thousands of dollars with his evaluation. If we ever have a true issue I will absolutely be reaching out to Bio-One again.

This is an amazing company. They cleaned out a house in Millis in no time. They loaded multiple 30 yard dumpsters with gunk and waste in less than a week. What a great company to work with.

Words cannot express the thanks and gratitude I have for Bio-One of Worcester! Mike and his son came to our aid after one of our cats created for herself a bathroom in a crawl space in our split level home, which also went under the lower staircase. This dynamic duo wasted no time getting everything clean again! They accommodated us on many levels including working in a swelteringly hot airless environment to cleaning up, as well as visiting us three times to make sure the area had responded to the treatments, coupled with the utmost respect and courtesty for our situation! Mike worked with me, from out of state until I could get there. Of course, it’s hard to think clearly during time of mourning, but I honestly didn’t need my brain with Mike. He thought of everything. He handled everything from biohazard, clean up after death, to a remarkably quick clean out of an overstuffed condo quickly, neatly, and discreetly.
