In May of 2024, I called Mike at Bio-One and he quickly set up an appointment to visit my home in Worcester, MA. A shed attached to my house, the crawl space above it and a finished room in my basement had an infestation of mice and squirrels and their urine and feces were causing dangerous odors and more. Mike is a smart, experienced and trained investigator so he was able to find the source of my problems and to provide a well-planned out solution to my critter problems. I highly recommend Mike and Bio-One to anyone who needs the right and affordable guy and business to provide advice and actions to resolve a wide variety of hazardous conditions. Gary R

Words cannot express the thanks and gratitude I have for Bio-One of Worcester! Mike and his son came to our aid after one of our cats created for herself a bathroom in a crawl space in our split level home, which also went under the lower staircase. This dynamic duo wasted no time getting everything clean again! They accommodated us on many levels including working in a swelteringly hot airless environment to cleaning up, as well as visiting us three times to make sure the area had responded to the treatments, coupled with the utmost respect and courtesty for our situation! I highly recommend Bio-One and will definitely use them again!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I can’t even find the right words to thank Mike Belanger for his help. He was discreet, helpful, neat, understanding, great communicator, fast worker, listener, the best of the best. Mike worked with me, from out of state until I could get there. Of course, it’s hard to think clearly during time of mourning, but I honestly didn’t need my brain with Mike. He thought of everything. He handled everything from biohazard, clean up after death, to a remarkably quick clean out of an overstuffed condo quickly, neatly, and discreetly. From tiny items to the heaviest of items, all were removed. Mike is an extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate man. There isn’t an ounce of hesitation, on my part to recommend him. My family is beyond appreciative to him. You won’t be sorry picking him for an uncomfortable project that confronts you. I promise you,
